The applicant is entitled to apply for a “Golden Visa” for the entire family, but there are certain conditions such as family ties, age, marital status, and so on.

Spouse

Married or in a civil partnership. In the case of a civil partnership, it is necessary to provide evidence such as: common children, joint real estate, a joint bank account, and a common residential address.

Children
“Golden Visa” is automatically processed for children under 18 years old. After the age of 18, it is processed if the children are enrolled in higher education institutions, unmarried, and financially dependent on the applicant.

Parents
“Golden Visa” is automatically processed for the parents of either spouse if they are over 65 years old. For parents under 65 years old, evidence is required to show that they are financially dependent on the applicant, such as proof of the parents’ residency at the applicant’s address, monthly bank transfers to the parents’ account, health certificates, etc.

Brothers and sisters
“Golden Visa” is processed for the brothers and sisters of either spouse if they are under 18 years old and under the care of the applicant. In this case, a court decision appointing guardianship over the underage relative should be presented.
